Irrigation of Lawns in the Gates of Lake Region
Homeowners with odd-numbered addresses can water on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Homeowners with even-numbered addresses can water on Thursdays and Sundays.
NO WATERING SHOULD BE DONE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00am AND 4:00pm
This is to remind everyone that NO DEBRIS is to be placed in ANY common areas in our Gates Of Lake Region community.

The HOA board approved paint colors are now available on the Sherwin-Williams website below.

ARC Requests
If you are planning to make any changes to your yard or the exterior of your home, written approval from the Board for the Gates of Lake Region must be optained using the (ARC) form. They meet the 1st Tuesday of each month. The deadline for submitting a request is noon the Monday prior to the meeting.
